myOn 2015 myON Winter Reading Challenge

We are happy to announce the 2015 myON Winter Reading Challenge to encourage students to read over the holiday break and take advantage of more than 5,000 books on myON. The program will run from December 19th through January 9th and we will award 3 national reading winners based on the most time spent reading across the country on February 2nd.

Denman Tiger Pride The Official Website of Denman Junior High

The Tiger Pride newspaper was created by the English/Language Arts department at Denman Junior High School in McComb, Mississippi. The newspaper staff is comprised of seventh and eighth grade students in the Creative Writing classes while the reporters are Oral Communication students. The newspaper is sponsored by the following ELA teachers: Kayla Favre, Donna Holston, Lillie McNeill, and Melanie Sudduth.

District Track Hours McComb School District Track Hours for Public Use
Mon thru Fri  6:30am until 7:00pm
Sat, Sun & Holidays  7:00am until 7:00pm *

The track will be closed to the public during any McComb School District activity.

Otken Elementary School and Higgins Middle School are seeking donations of school uniforms for students in grades first thru sixth. Please donate new and/or slightly used uniform shirts (white, gold, dark green) and uniform pants (khaki) for girls and boys. Sizes 4-20 are needed. Clothing can be brought to the school's office. Thank you very much!
