Every parent wants his or her child to do well in school. The problem is not usually that parents aren't capable of helping their child do well in school.
After all, not many parents have a background or training in educational techniques or child psychology.
It's just that the parent doesn't know the best
way to help. Here are some tips for how you can improve the likelihood of your child's school success.
The Kennedy Early Childhood Center's Library and Media Center will have a book fair starting on December 3rd
thru December 10th. Fair hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on school days. Parents are welcome to visit the book fair during their child's library time or any time after 2:30 p.m.
Last year’s book fair helped our library establish titles for center, group and whole class instruction. We want to expand this collection and purchase additional audios for our listening centers.
If you are unable to visit our book fair at school, please feel free to visit our homepage. Online shopping starts November 21 and ends December 11.
Please slow down to the posted speed limits around all schools and obey signs regarding One Way streets along school routes. Let's not wait until
an accident happens. Be careful now.
Our responsibility is to provide a safe and secure environment for our children inside our schools as well as when they
travel to and from school. By traveling at the posted speed limits, you can help provide that safety to our children. Thank you.
